Zodia Custody is the institution-first digital asset custodian, owned by Standard Chartered, Northern Trust and SBI.
As a rapidly growing Standard Chartered Venture, Zodia Custody had invested the majority of their time building a solid, safe, regulatory compliant product and securing their first clients through personal networks and the weight of their founding partners. However, in order to remain competitive in the crypto market, Zodia Custody needed more than just a great product and reputable heritage, they needed a great story and the confidence to tell it clearly and succinctly. Especially, as they were now competing not just with institutional custodians, but also those in the retail space who have started expanding their offering.
Over a series of creative workshops we gathered the thoughts and opinions of the entire team, amalgamated these into common themes and worked with a smaller group of senior stakeholders to define the personalities, emerging quality’s, tone of voice, vision mission and value proposition for the brand.
We then originated all copy for the website, ensuring the unique brand narrative was told while balancing the need to be corporate with the need to capture hearts and minds - all while being legally sound.
